Heavy Trucks Limited is proud to be the new Sales, Parts and Service dealers for Western Star and MAN Trucks.
We are opening in Christchurch soon and need experienced, passionate heavy truck technicians and parts people with the right attitude to provide exceptional customer service.
We often describe our business model as being upside down to that of other truck dealers: our main focus on after-sales. That's where we started, and that's what we believe really sells trucks because ultimately what is important to our customers over the long haul is the whole of life cost of their truck, of which the purchase price is only a small part.
This means we need top level technicians with experience in heavy trucks, focused on customer service. After all you will be working on premium gear - Western Star's and MAN's, two of the best trucks in the world that have been let down in the past by weak after sales support.
But even more important is that you have the right attitude. We are in a people industry, and it is our people that give Heavy Trucks its advantage. We run our business like a family, and all work together to help each other out and make things happen. You need to fit in with this, and be passionate about what you do.
We look after our staff and want a good strong team to help build the Western Star and MAN product to where it should be in the South Island. This will be an exciting time, and we need the right people to be part of this.
